Hesitant 1st second gear

Hi i have a 2003 mini cooper s works which is hesatant on acceration in 1st and second gear i have replaced the leads and the plugs open ended no gap setting i have put injector cleaner through the system plug 3 on cylinder 3 is sooty around the base and running hot in the centre of the plug if i rev hard whilst standing still it pops i cant see any splits in the pipes do you have any other advice please thank you

You sure its not a clutch slipping problem if not hesistation could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
