Mercury Marquis Brake lights Problem
My brake lights remain on even after I shut the car down and turn off all lights. Even when I switch the lights off from automatic to manual, they still stay on. Could it be a fuse or the brake switch and, if it's the switch, how difficult is it to change it out?

switch. it is on the brake pedal under the dash. get the new one to see what it looks like. then you can decide whether you can do it.
