Brake lights not working except the one over the hatch

Bulbs are good and fuse in the inside panel is good. I wish I could pay you for the answer but cant. Cant afford to fix anything right now unless it's under 20 bucks.

If the high mount stop light is working, then it is not a fuse or brake switch fault.

How did you test the brake bulbs? At the brake bulb socket, test the Light Green wire for battery voltage when brake pedal is depressed. If voltage is available, either the brake bulb is faulty, you have a ground circuit fault or a bad socket.
