This circuit doesn't have a temp switch/sensor dedicated to the cooling fan. The PCM controls the fan relay using readings from the engine temp sensor which is also used for fuel mixture decisions and monitored for any malfunction. I doubt that is your issue. The circuit needs to be tested using the wiring diagram to see if the relay is receiving all the inputs that it should be.

The first thing I would check is the fan motor itself to make sure it actually works.

I just installed a new radiator and now that I put the fans back on. They dont work. Im afraid my car is going to over heat. I also took out the condenser and will probably not have one for a while. The engine light is not on. Could it be the thermostat?

What was the temp gauge reading? How long did you run the engine? Were the top and bottom radiator hoses hot and did the heater start working with hot air?

First check the relay. If they're good, check the wires/connectors at the fan for breaks/looseness/corrosion. If they're good/ apply direct battery voltage to the fans to see if they come on. If they don't, replace them. If they do, your engine coolant temp sensor may be faulty. Test it last.
