I have just replaced both rear wheel bearings on my Mazda 6 ( 1.8. 2003. ) And after I had clocked up about 400 miles on the new ones, everytime I breaked the wheels would shake badly, I checked to make sure that nothing had come loose, and everything seems perfect, have you any idea why this would happen?

Warped brake rotors from overheating of the brakes. Have the brakes checked to see which ones are warped and have them replaced.
