My 2003 Lincoln Navigator V8 5.4 Engine Shaking and I Smell Fuel upon start up and duration of driving. Also when I press on the break or come to a stop the "Check Charging System" message appears as well as the engine light illuminates. Can anyone explain to me the possible issue. Or issues? Thank you.

The char system can be a bad belt and tensioner which recommended replacement is 60k for both as well as a bad battery. For the other problem scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge. Auto parts rent's gauge and can scan for engine problem.S

I scanned my vehicle only one code came up and that was the o2 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1, I changed that one and the code is still coming up, (any suggestions)? Haven't scanned fuel pressure yet but when I do I will let you know. Thanks a lot.

The sensor code may be an air leak in exhaust system a bad wire shorted someplace a connection or low fuel pressure. I think your fuel pressure may have something to do with it.
