2003 Lexus GX 470 Repair Question

Car cannot start after loss of key
Lexus jeep GX470 original key lost,replaced and car started. Travelled for over 500Kms and parked. After about one hour could not start again. Inspection showed that the negative battery terminal had pulled off. This was retightened but car could not start. Please assist.Chasis no JTJBT200X930006874
