2003 Lexus IS 300 Repair Question

I have a 2003 Lexus IS 3000 that will turn over but will not start.
Battery died and was replaced with new battery.
Car ran fine for 4 days.
Key broke free from it's fob.
Car ran fine for two more days.
Parked the car while running an errand. Gone for 20 minutes.
Car will turn over but will not start.

If security light on and blinking the problem is with the key, if have another key try it
If no security issue check the basic fuel and spark
A good scanner should pin point the issue and save a lot of time
