Scan tool indicated conv after threshold, iac and tps problem. Rpms higher than expected so examined iac discoverd it was stuck so I messed with it got it to move freely but now it makes a humming noise when I have ignition on also removed iac and turned key to on position and can see the valve vibrating very quickly at that point the car idle was steady alittle high but steady. The problem driving was during highway accel would stumble so I cleaned mass airflow stumble during higher rpm usage went away but now idle has dropped considerable amount causing sputter and sometimes stall when at stops. Wanted to know resistance values for the two parts iac and tps and for other suggestions thanks for any help (timing belt new new valves)(manual transmission 1.8L dohc t8 166000 miles)

Resistances may not be your issue but commands may be from the pcm. The iac usually retracks when the motor is turned off and returns to its last position when the motor re starts. If it sticks, it would cause the vibrating or an in consistent signal. There is no cleaning or servicing just replacement.

Make sure you dont have any vacuum leaks or anything else causing low idle like a dirty throttle body.
