Door lock problem can't lock doors with remote

I have a 2003 Kia Sorento. Cannot lock doors with remote or inside to lock all doors at once. Changed remotes. Lights flash when I push remote to lock doors and maybe here a relay uner dash. I can unlock all doors with remotes. Whats going on. Please help

Most likely you have a faulty door lock switch. Try using the key on passenger door to see if you are able to use the power door locks.
