Door lock question

Doors will not lock with remote but will unlock. I've tried different remote and same thing. I here relay under dash but this may be for lights as they do flash when trying to lock doors. I had water come in on driver side during a rain. Is there a switch in driver side that controls all locks while using remote to lock from outside? I would appreciate any help. Thanks
