2003 Kia Optima Repair Question

replaced crank and cam sensor and timing belt engine still will not crank
2and 3 coil will fire but 1and 4 coil will not

If you are getting the 2-3 coil to fire, the sensors are working, i feel it will be in the coil pack, are they separate coils?
