2003 Jeep Liberty Repair Question

Engine light
Hello I have a Jeep liberty 2003 with58,ooo miles on it.I take great care in my vehicles so i hoping it's just something small,Ido beleive this happened befor & it was just a hose neede fixed..Any suggestions/ thanks Oh almost forgot the problem.. engine light came on

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis,finding out what's going on.
