2003 Jaguar X-Type Repair Question

Jaguar xtype
2003 jaguar xtype engine is******** when gasing and the cruise control light on, thinking possible hose needs replaced but cant find diagrams or part confirmation on this... just paid mechanic 560 for repair replacing spark plugs and engine valve cover gaskets but still same issue...any suggestions?

Scan both the engine control unit and the body control unit for any unresolved fault codes, report any codes here for further assistance.
