X Type interior Fan, There seems to always be a small fan running when i open the car doors, appears to be inside the dash panels ? is this a air circulation item built into the 2003 X Types ? I just think it must use battery power draining the electrical current constantly ? thanks I can't find anything in the Owners Manual ?
