I had to unlock my hyundai sonata with the key which activated the security system. Now the car wont start. Is there someway I can reset it?

For factory system the alarm should be disarmed when the key is used to lock/unlock the door.
Is the alarm triggerred or the immobilizer ispreventing the engine from being started?
Is the correct key being used to start the vehicle?
