I have a 03 Sonata. The timing belt popped. I checked the heads, look good. Changed the crankshaft sensor changed the timing belts. I am stumped.I would appreciate any advice.

Did you check the engine compression?
Which engine do you have?
This is an inteference engine and if the valves are not damaged and timing are all correct. The PCM could have been damaged by the crank sensor shorting. Replacing the PCM might require another crank sensor as the shorted PCM could have damaged the new crank sensor.
