How do you adjust the hood latch on 2003 hyundai santa fe?

The striker plate is usually attached with 2 or 3 bolts, loosen off and slide plate to desired direction, you will have to check alignment by eye before locking down after tightening the bolts, just try it on safety latch first and lood at the alignment of the striker, if in doubt get a mechanic or panel shop to do it for you.
