Not getting power at a/c compressor from a/c relay. I can command it on and off with a scanner. All fuses and relays ok. Refrigerant pressures ok.

The a/c head unit controls when the a/c compressor clutch engages via relay. To do this first the input sensor must be relaying correct information (assuming the sensor is in good condition). Jump the pressure sensor with the engine running and a/c turned on. If the compressor starts to spin you have a pressure sensor issue. If still doesn't spin then I would suspect the head unit itself although less likely.

Compressor does not kick when I jump the sfoun witch. I found 2 bad bulbs in the head unit. Do you think that could be the problem?

Do the cooling fans kick on with a/c on? Have you check those also?
If the fans are working then I would check for power and ground at the head unit. That is probably good so I would suspect the A/C head unit.

Not the fans don't kick when the switch is jumped. Also the compressor is new. So how about the 2 bAD bulbs in the head unit? There are 6 removable bulbs on the back of that head unit. Tested them all for continuity, 2 are bad.

I replaced the a/c head unit on the 03 element and now it's back to blowing snow flakes. Lol thank you Ty Andersen for your expertise.
