Why is my truck not starting?

My fuel pump went out, I replaced it. Changed fuel filter. Truck still won't start. The pump is not engaging.

did you chnage the connector at the pump?? that is the most common failure, not the pump

Did you check voltage and ground at the pump before replacing?
