2003 GMC Yukon running rough

Had replaced back 3 exhaust manifold bolts(2 drivers side, 1 passanger side)At a repair shop. Now it runs really rough and has no power. Engine light is steady at idle but flashes when going down the road. Was running perfect before the repair. Its a 2003 Yukon xl denali 6 litre

Check to have the computer scanned to identify trouble codes. Most parts stores will do it for free. As far as it happening as soon as you fixed an exhaust leak makes me think the catalytic converter is plugging or you damaged an ignition wire.
