My blower motor resistor has 3 pins a new one has 7
All replacement blower motor resistors come with 7 pin connectors my oem only has 3 pins. the auto parts guys have no solutions. is there a conversion harness???

No conversion. If they can't supply the correct one, I would contact the dealer to get the right part.
