Why does my van idle rough in cold weather (32 or below) at a stop, Almost dies?

In cols weather only at a stop my van will drop to 100 rpm them back up to 600. You can see the head light dim. Som time it does die completely, usually just idle up and down

If there are no trouble codes. The idle control system is not functioning correctly. Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC.

Thanks But, done that. A NAPA store told me it was my cold idle sensor, but I can't find any info on that. It only when the engine is hot but the outside temp is +- 32

There is no cold idle sensor. There is a coolant sensor. You need this checked from scratch.

Have the fuel pressure checked first. Start there
