2003 GMC Other Repair Question

GMC Other Fuse Problem
Have a 2003 H2 hummer Front wipers stopped working.Checked fuses under hood,no fuse labeled for wipers, only washer however checked those fuses all ok, also checked fuses by driver front door, only 2 fuses, they are labeled as something else..Could one of these fuses also be for the front wipers?

Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?

I'm sorry, i do not have a multimeter.Can you recommend a good mechanic, other than a GMC dealer,in the Colorado Springs Co. area?I do understand that a meter would help trouble shoot what we are searching for,just wanted to check fuse option first.Thanks.
