2003 GMC Envoy Repair Question

I have a , somthing keeps running next to the frame under the driver door. i think it is the fuel pump, so i pulled the pump relay and fuse in the fuse box under the hood but it kept running. what can i do to repair it?

Your fuel pump is located in the tank. I can't think of anything that's frame-mounted under the driver door.
