2003 Ford Windstar battery draw

My battery has a draw and even when I disconnect the negative battery cable it still goes dead. What could be the problem?

With no connection to the vehicle it seems to me is that the battery might have a dead cell. Try using a spare battery that still has some life to it and put it in to see if it does the same thing. Without the battery disconnected there would be no drain on the battery
