Engine cut out choke up and low revs, with grey smoke !

Ford transit on a 53 plate. Some times it will choke up at 200 revs and chuck out grey smoke for little while then be OK. And some times looses power !

Have changed fuel filter!And agr valve was cleaned but no change!

Check fuel pressure and back pressure on the cat converter
