I have a 2003 mustang convertible 3.8 that will not start. The engine cranks normally as it should when it normally starts but fails to start. The onset of this event was sudden without warning. Parked the car overnight in the garage and the next morning failed to start. I checked the fuel reset button in the trunk and it required no resetting.

I have a fuel and fuel pressure. Spark is bright blue on all plugs. Battery is fully charged. I checked the coil packs in accordance with the service manual. Proper volts and ohms according to specifications. I also checked the MAF sensor in accordance with the service manual. Proper volts and ohms according to service manual. I'm leaning towards an emissions problem or the PATS (passive anti theft system) has been activated. By the way, there are no DTC's.

I misspoke about fuel and fuel pressure. I had no fuel pressure. Turns out the fuel pump was the culprit. Thanks for your assistance.
