2003 FORD FOCUS 2.0L SOHC SPI RUNS ROUGH at idle and cuts in and out when maintaining constant speed getting codes misfire first 1000revs and misfire cylinder #2 i have replaced plugs and all filters and vacuum lines

Does this engine have coils over the plugs? if so try swapping out with another cylinder to see if the misfire changes to another cylinder.
