2003 Ford Focus Repair Question

Ford Focus Click Problem
I was driving on the frwy and it started overheating and then the engine light came on and it started making a clicking noise and then lost all power. Now it wont start. What could it be??

did you stop when it overheated?????
if you did not, then you most likely damaged the motor starting with the head gasket and maybe cracked the head as well
