What causes my car to vibrate when braking?

This has been happening for a couple of months now. It doesn't happen all the time, only during the first few stops when I first start to drive. It does't feel like it's coming through the steering wheel, but feels like it comes from the rear. I had my front brakes and rotors changed, and had my rear brakes changed, but not the drums. Could the drums be warped?

You gonna have to bring it back in and have the rotors and drums checked thoroughly
