Description of Problem: I have a Diesel 6.0L Ford F250 and everytime I drive it or try to accelerate it. It starts to decelerate on its own and you can hear like air coming out of the engine like small explosions and when that happens black smoke comes out of the exhaust. I already checked the fuel pump, diesel filter and air filter, everything is fine there

There's two fuel filters. One on top of the engine, and another under the drivers seat on the frame rail. Id check and or change both of them first

Im not familiar with that light. Does it look like a symbol or does it say emmisions? It sounds to me like you should be able to get the ECM codes read and we can get a better idea of whats going on. If theres a light on the dash then there should be a code.
