2003 Ford Expedition speed governor

I need to know where the speed governor is on a 2003 ford expadition eddie bauer with the advanced trac 5.4L v8 I want to take it off so it will go over 101 mph im building it to drag it I keep losing because I cant go any faster because it kicks it and stops me from going any faster please help me on this

Speed cut limiter are controlled by the enghine computer and cannot be removed unless the computer is reprogrammed or alternatively there are after market piggy back limiter bypass that can be clipped on to eliminate this.
