FIAT STILO ENGINE PROBLEM
2003 Fiat Stilo • 74,000 miles
My fiat stilo had an engine fault warning, then I stopped it, turned the key and the engine kept running and the fan became loud. I then left it for fifteen mins, and ran it home fine. 45 mins later I tried to start it and it never started at all as if the battery was dead, had to leave it for 3 hours, came back and it said car security failure and all sorts of other faults that werent really happening "phantom" failures, and the car was also immobolised. We got a auto electrician out and he took the engine fusebox apart and it was black on the inside underneath one of the relays, so he recommended getting this replaced, which I did, fitted the new one and every single light on the display was light, lights, low oil, battery etc etc every one, and when I turned key round there was still nothing, however there was no more warning messages or fault messages. Is the car needing reset or reprogammed as I have reset it. Need urgent help as fiat dealers dont seem to have a clue to be honest.
