2003 Dodge Neon Repair Question

Neon won't start
Was using my 2003 dodge neon sxt to jump another battery. had neon running when i tried to start the other car my neon died out and wont start back up. i have power but when you turn the key to start nothing happens. any ideas?

check fuse #9 30 amp in power distribution center

works fine although when i put it back in i could hear a humming coming from the engine. with out keys

May have fried a relay can ID hum location?

sounds like its coming from around under the air box more torwards the engine

PCM under air filter box. jumping with car on not good can fry lots of stuff. see if hum from PCM

what is the pcm whats it look like?

Powertrain Control Module ie. computer silver box about 6x8

no. but the key was in it without key there is no hum.

well your good to go dodged a bullit ever need to jump someone best to keep car off
