2003 Dodge Neon • 4 cylinder 2WD Automatic • 34 miles
One of three bolts won't come out. Had to shear off the head in order to get the new solenoid on and still can't get the bolt out. Tried heat and penetrating oil and still won't budge. Got a nut and washer for the stuck bolt, but not enough clearance after putting the new part on to accept the nut. Help, please
