I got my girl a 2003 dodge neon se it has new sensors, such as o2 innlet an outlet new cat new plugs an wires an the list goes on. The issue is that it idles ruff in gear at a stop as well as hesitates when one presses lightly on the gas peddle but then picks up an takes off. However it doesnt do this all the time.I was told that the fuel injectors on these types of cars are low mile injectors an need replacing every 40k to 60k. Any feed back in this issue would be helpful and thank you

Possibilities here could be one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
