First, let me say that there is no such thing as a lemon. That is just a name given to a car when the technician isn't able to correctly diagnose the vehicle. Any problem can be difficult to resolve if it is an intermittent condition because even the best technician can't diagnose a problem that he cannot reproduce. The issue you have is going to require a highly experienced transmission tech to go through a series of testing to troubleshoot the problem. You aren't going to find the answer from someone online that hasn't even seen the vehicle.
