Instead of kicking the motor when it doesn't work you need to check for power and ground to the motor when it's inop. If you have both then you have loose connection or bad motor.

We bought a new blower motor and before we put it in checked old one it was showing motor was working so that is when we put new resistor in and it started working in all speeds. Turned car off went back out and power on wasnt blowing thats when I kicked it and it started running. What should we check next

Just like I told you in the first post I posted to you. Just because you kick it and it work's doesn't mean it's any good.I have seen bad motor's sometimes work and sometimes not. You have to rule out if it's a power or ground issue or the motor or a loose connection to the motor.
