I've replaced the fuel pump and coil pack a few months back. Just changed the starter yesterday. I've checked fuses and relays, all good. Battery is good and the terminals and cables are free of corrosion. The vehicle starts at times and other times, nothing. You can only here the relay clicking. When it does start, it starts very strong, no drag. Any ideas? I'm scratching my head on this one.

Check your ASD relay make sure connections are good check starter relay in power distribution box. Then have it scanned as it may be an integrated control module.

ASD relay is good. I was looking on Alldata and noticed it has an adjustable pedals relay. My cruise control was acting up as well. Is there any connections?

Should not be with the two different things. Do what I suggested in last reply.

I am waiting on a buddy of mine to hit me back on scanning the ECM. However, here is the diagram I saw on Alldata:

Scan it first you may need a pro model to scan it as auto parts ones will not read that.
