2003 Dodge 600 Repair Question

Dodge Caravan "stuck"
We returned from a 17-day trip and started our 2003 Dodge Caravan. It was "locked" up and would not back out of the garage, or inch forward. After letting it run 10 minutes on a rainy 31 degree afternoon we tried again. I was able to get it out of the garage with difficulty, where it sits. How do we remedy this?

sounds like possibly brake lockup? jack up each wheel and see if you can spin it.
