2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser Repair Question

Chrysler PT Cruiser Engine Problem

It will start up, but as soon as you take your foot off of the accelerator it will die, if you keep a high rev it will drive... but runs fine when warm

is the check engine light on??

sounds like a vacuum leak or a bad idle air control.

no lights visible when engine running

okies. my thoughts where, as i have just (last sunday) bought the car to get it serviced

as a side question - when does the timing belt get changed?

you say 100k..... that would be around 62000 miles uk

and a uk spec crusier would be no different from an usa spec crusier

(that was this weeks probably real stupid question of the week!!)
