Chrysler PT Cruiser Sensor Problem

I just replaced the head gskt, timeing belt, waterpump, thermostat and battery. The car did run before I did all this but it was over heating. Now it cranks over but will not start. It sets hard codes p0107 map/baro circuit low input, p0122 throttle/pedal position sensor switch A circuit low input. Codes come back just a soon as u erase them. Then when i crank the engine codes p0340 camshaft posn sensor A circuit bank 1 or single sensor circuit malfunction and p0335 crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunction. Grounds test good also the wire harness. I and getting 5volt referance voltage. Its a 2.4L non-turbo. Any clue of what to do from here?
