My neighbor dropped the radiator on my 2003 Chrysler pt cruiser to change the fan motor. When he was done the ac wasnt working, the door locks wont work and the headlights wont even come on. The fuses are all good and it cant be an electrical issue or the fuses would have blown. What else can it be?
