Why is the coolant level dropping?

My 2003 pt cruiser has been "bubbling" the water/coolant in the reservoir when I turn off the car. I changed the radiator cap and it has stopped the bubbling in the reservoir tank, but now that water/coolant has disappeared. I put water in the reservoir tank, drove 10 miles then parked, water disappeared. Car doesn't show that it is overheating and can't visiably see any leaks. One mechanic with Dodge said it was normal, I think not. Whatcha think?

if no leak is apparent and no smell from seepage then you may be burning it out tailpipe. possible bad head gasket cracked head or intake gasket leak. you can get the water tested for combustion gases and or have it pressure tested to confirm leak. can also get exhaust gas analyzed for coolant presence.
