Anytime i try to start my car and a red security light blinks in the panel it takes about 15 minutes before it will start again .Sometimes i have to leave it for over one hour before the starter responds.But once it starts hte car moves smoothly.Some mechanics say the fault is in the control board and i have to change it .How true is this
