Why are the lifters rattling in the engine

After i run about 100 miles at 75 mph . the next morning when i start the truck the lifters rattle very loud for about 4 minutes. I can drive every day at 60 mph and it never rattles.

When it happens, you need to check oil pressure with a mechanical oil gauge. It will screw into the sending unit port. See if the pressure is low. Also, make sure the oil isn't contaminated with coolant or fuel.
