I sprayed pb blaster on my spark plugs to remove them and now car is missing terrible does it take time for the pb to burn off

If you sprayed it right on the electrode that isn't a good thing but yo may have broken one of the coil connectors to plug. So recheck everything and look for cracks/breaks on connectors. If anything you should have put anti seize on the plug threads and that is all. It can be something else but check that first.
