Last year, the battery on my Trailblazer died because of a bad cell. After the battery was replaced, I am not able to run my air conditioner when my car is in a stopped position, or if I am slowing down to make a turn. The engine fluctuates, and then the engine dies. I am able to keep the blower on, but cannot use the air conditioner. Can you please let me know what is causing this?

Yes the check engine light is on. The code was read and I was told that it is the gas cap because it has cracks. I have replaced the gas cap, but the check engine light is still on. I have not reset it. How do I check the fuel pressure?
