Would a faulty fuel pressure regulator cause the code p0300? the problems im having is rought idleing, power loss, electronics are surging and i have gas in the air line so i replaced all the spark plugs and coil to plug boots then noticed that when i disconnected the vacuum line from air box that was connected to the regulator gas dripped from the line
